Cute hotel with log cabin vibe. Rooms are fairly standard. Good lighting. Decent Wi-Fi. Our room had a great view of Mt Shasta. Pool and hot tub. Hot tub had so many suds it was almost unusable. No complimentary breakfast. Restaurant on site. Reasonably comfortable bed. Fairly good outlet placement. We could connect our own streaming device. Generally quiet room however the multiple trains with horns after midnight were loud.

Very kind and helpful staff, fun pool and hot tub. Love the mountain lodge style convenient to lake, town, restaurants, and mountain. We and our friends have stayed here often. We appreciate the excellent hospitality and great memories!

This place is a gem. The rooms are super nice, clean and modern with USB chargers everywhere. The staff are super friendly, and best part of all it has two restaurants - one for breakfast and one for dinner. The food is some of the best I've had in a while. I chose to come back here on the way back from the business trip, and will continue to choose this place in the future. A+

The price of the room was nearly $300 and it was a run down looking Motel. We are best western rewards members and pretty disappointed in the value for this location. I wouldn't recommend the "courtyard view". The staff was nice. I hope our vehicle doesn't get broken into
