I love shopping here, would always stop by whenever I’m in Mt Shasta. I simply just enjoy walking between the shelves and looking at the great selections of stuff and produce they carry. The staff is very friendly, the price is on the higher end, but for the quality, I think it is actually very reasonable.

Love this gem! Amazing staff! Supper kind and helpful friendly vibe. People here are getting healthy, helping each other, and spreading love. My only complaint is that it is so amazing that it is always busy and the space is small. Maybe time for an upgrade to a bigger space!!! Loved those little natural foods market. Great food, fresh produce, and more gluten-free and keto-friendly foods than other stores. We loved the hats, clothing, and other great items being sold in the market too.
