Great place. Came 2 times with in 2 weeks. Enough room for small and big trailers. Tried it out with both of them. Only wish it had a dump station.

Beautiful! Quiet, big sites that are spread out right on the river. Good fishing and nice staff.

Awesome spot! Dog friendly and absolutely beautiful! Quiet, especially after the hustle/bustle of Mammoth Lakes. Great getaway!

A simple but clean campground next to the Owens river. No hookups but there are water spigots near many of the sites. It does get windy here and there is NO shade. All in all, an nice place to check out. There's also a small general store.

Its usually closed in the winter. When I'm there in the summer I have seen lots of dry camping on Owen's River road off 395.
Had a great 5 days fishing was good alot of small fish for what ever reason water getting rather low but over all with fam and friends great time.
Ive seen a motorhome with 2 cars in one spot and a tent. I don't know if it is a charge per extra vehicle or persons. But i know that they can fit at least 2 cars and a motorhome. Also I've seen 2 cars with 3 tents in a space. I hope this helps. The spots are large.
There are quite a few tent camping spots! But it is closed for the season.
Yes, you buy tokens at the on-site shop which is open 8am to around 5pn each day.
Nope... It closes in Oct for the winter.
Sites are $35 per night. There are no hook-ups there and generators have to be shut down by 1000pm. Extra vehicles are extra $. The campground closed last week for the winter and won't re-open till next spring.
There is also a guy who comes around certain days and will empty your grey and black tanks for 20 bucks. It was nice to not have to do this ourselves before leaving!
The Owen's river sits at 7291 feet
