I give it three stars because the place is clean and everything runs smooth. I went to this laundromat while staying at a local hotel after reading they had better reviews. The owner seems like a great guy, however his employee is quite rude. Today at 8:50pm. 4-30-22 we came in to start a load of laundry. Soon after we started getting rude looks from a closing shift worker. I started a load in the washer at 9:05 p.m. so my fiancé, his friend, and I returned back to the car to wait the 20 minuets. When we walked back, she had locked the door and ignored us until she was done with what she was doing. When she let us in I thanked her as well as giving her a smile, and she turned the other way completely disregarding me. Any nice gesture I make is blown off with a partial eye roll and turned back. Not to mention she kept looking at my fiancé in a way that made it seem like he was mischievous or stealing. So sad that such a great laundromat can be made this way by only one worker.

It's a wonderful laundromat. I've spoken to the owner and he says that he won't necessarily call a repairman if only one machine is broken. But if it's 2 or 3, he'll call the repairman immediately.
