They need to keep the express lanes open when everyone is shopping on their way home from work. Often only 2 lanes open filled with people doing weekly shopping as opposed to tonight's dinner and bottle of wine {thus no self checkout}.

This is my favorite Safeway. It's quiet, it's clean, it's well stocked and it has the nicest people. I particularly like the meat and seafood department their. Ask for Valerie because she's the best. I also really love the selection of fine liquors and the really good deals you can get on them.

Actually you arent supposed to be charged but some people charge and no one thinks about it in detail. The information about this is on the food stamp website.
