This has to be the worst Dunkin Donuts in Sonoma County by far. I came in at 11:30am and the donuts were already stale and hard. To top it off, their oven was BROKEN. Not sure if it’s always broken, but it was when I went… The service is nothing special here

I ordered a chai tea latte which wasn't even Luke warm so I asked for it to be warmed more.left with about half cup of barely warm really bad Chai tea.No coffee choices on the wall or anywhere.I will never go back.

So this is a Dunkin. It's in a newer development. They have donuts and coffee. The donuts appear to be machine made but they look tasty. Coffee was good n hot. Sometimes it's hard to communicate in this store. Noise maybe? Best to keep it …
