I’ve frequented Rio for over 15 years, I have never been disappointed. Any time I’m in the area, I’ll stop for lunch or a coffee. The Rio Beef, one of my favorite sandwiches anywhere, tastes just as good today as it did all those years ago. Great family owned business, and a great staff. If you want good coffee, food and service, there’s no place I’d rather go.

Manager is not really good at customer satisfaction or being a decent human. Would not give us a refund or even let us exchange our order for something quicker when we were running late and already waiting 20minutes at that point. Shame on …
