My tire pressure light was on when I got there. Asked them if they checked the tires and was told they had. Light was still on when I left. Immediately went to check the tire pressure myself and two tires were low. If they lie about checking the tires what else do they lie about?

Great, quick service with knowledgeable employees. They were very direct and open with oil types and having me select the best option for my car, along with giving me a heads up on a needed repair (which they don’t do, so it wasn’t upselling). Will be back!

This was the first time getting an oil change here because I was leaving for vacation that day and totally forgot I needed to get one before we left. Unlike other oil change places, I didn't have to call and schedule an appointment and I didn't have to find a ride to come get me because I need to leave my car there for 2 hours. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes and I didn't even have to get out of my car. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I will never go anywhere else! Such a great experience!

We had an oil change at Avon Lake location. Car was driven to Columbus at which point oil pressure light came on. After inspect car drain plug was never properly installed and had fallen out. I had to pay to have car towed back to Lorain county. Sent bill over to manager at Avon Lake location to hear nothing back. I have reached out to corporate office via of website to have no response either. Management feels it does no harm to an engine to run it out oil. ???
