Very understaffed, mostly teens working with little to no retail experience. let alone hardware or plumbing knowlege. The manager Amber presents herself as constaintly anoid with staff, and customers. The sad part is Ace used to have helpful staff, and managers, not anymore!!!

A top notch hardware store that has enough room to go beyond just the bare bones necessities without being disorientingly large like a Lowe's or Home Depot, etc. From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted and asked if there was anything in particular I was looking for that they could help me find. Super friendly. It seemed each department you pass has someone offering to assist you. All with a very approachable manner. It seemed to have all of the bases covered and more as far as the contents of store and what you see on the shelves. 🔧🔨🔋🔌.....
