Very bad bank service. Customer service was great before. I called today and asked them to refund the withdrawal from my account. They said they can't do it and I have to pay $38 to stop this account from being withdrawn again. Don't trust this bank anymore!!

I have been with this Bank since 1996, will be leaving because they failed to train their claim disputes associates properly. As a result, I was scammed out of $500.00, and they will not take responsibility. Very poor customer service!

Bank of America is now using skin color to determine weather you qualify for their loans. Yes that is racist. This also violates federal law. Go ahead and start a class action lawsuit!!!!!
