Hi, me and my wife bought a home from LGI and the seller cancelled on us and is saying that they will not refund our $1000.00 earnest money.
1. Can we file a claim online or do we have to go to the claims office to file a claim?
2. Is there a fee?

You have to go there there is a filing fee of 150 but you can ask for a waiver
