After calling 311 and reporting that my recycling has not been picked up for 2 cycles (1 month). I have asked for a supervisor to call me 3 times and called 311 to report this 6 times with no change. This is my taxpayer money wasted.

Charlotte sanitation workers needs better training need to push bins back on side not block rd with bins and not cleaning up trash fell on ground level trash lying on ground while their picking it up bad example workers and supervisor

On 2/10/22 @ 1 pm, a city trash truck with SNP 868 markings, was impeding traffic for over 5 minutes while processing trash in the back of the truck. I waited in the street with a good distance of 50-100 ft+ and when they were finished, they proceeded to move forward and acted as if I was in their way. Trash men playing victims isn't a good look, especially when I gave them the courtesy of space to clear out. This happened on Creek Turning Dr in the Steele Creek subdivision of Planters Walk. This is also not the first time.

There usually good at pickup. I don't know what happen this trash day. Either he wasn't paying attention or just dint care. Call twice and neither times did they return.

If you are in Mecklenburg County and pay city taxes, you can dial 311 and they will come pick it up for you.
