I arrived at the 11:40am before for 1pm appointment (nice parking lot before reaching guard shack). I went to security guy Ismaeel which was a very good person and my experience is a good one. I had a half trailer and I was out in less than 30 minutes.Thanks to you all for making what could have been a bad experience a great one for me. I would definitely deliver there again

I arrived the night before for 8am appointment (nice parking lot before reaching guard shack). At about 6:30 am I went to security who asked for a delivery number which I didn’t have. He took my info as said I should wait in my truck while I try getting the number. He also said he would try to assist me when the warehouse crew arrive close to 7am. At 7:05 he knocked me up and said I’m good to go on dock. Long story short😊, my experience is a good one. He was very pleasant and helpful. The African American guy that unload me was very pleasant and professional as he greats me when I entered the door (don’t get that very often). I had a full trailer and I was out in less than 1 hour. Oh, the female guard was pleasant too. Thanks to you all for making what could have been a bad experience a great one for me. I would definitely deliver there again.
