Would have gave 5 stars but they will only empty their garbage can if you have bags beside the can they will not pick them up. I have a large family and absolutely willing to pay extra for garbage pick up but they do not have that option so I'm SOL what gets me is that they do not even care

I live in the city of Cortland and you all pick up our garbage each week. This week I had the day off and witnessed a man on the recyclable truck empty the recyclable bin and proceed to walk it to my elderly neighbors front porch. It may be easier to just toss it to the curb, but this gentleman took the time to walk it to their front door! Kudos to you! Wonderful job.
