HIGHLY UNSATISFIED! I HAVE OUTGOING MAIL AND IT HASNT BEEN PICKED UP!! "We don't pick up unless you have incoming." SINCE WHEN IS THAT THE POLICY?! I HAVE BILLS DUE!! "Drop it at a collection box." THAT IS PART OF YOUR JOB TO GET MY MAIL!

That was possibly the worst automated experience I have ever had, which is saying a lot. It is truly amazing how quickly we have become a third world country. I hope when the Chinese take us over, they do better. The re-education camp should be preferable.

The Norwich Post Office provides the *worst* service both with correct delivery of mail as well as their rude and lazy customer service. The delivery of my mail, including home delivery of needed medications, has ended up being delivered to others or not at all and then the postal worker uses the excuse the driver has X amount of deliveries and makes mistakes. That excuse might fly once, but having it happen multiple times? Not acceptable for meds nor good service if it's delivered to neighbors! Calling the post office is met with rude women who do a run around and repeat lame information one could ascertain from a trained monkey! They are lazy and it's evident they do not want to provide any kind of service, just there to collect a paycheck!
