Well, apparently something has changed. "Should be about 7 days. We'll give you a call when it's ready." Said the guy behind the counter. "Awesome!" I said. That was on March 9th. Fast forward to May 5th. Was told just this past Thursday (5-5-22) that my transmission was in and that they would be working on it later that afternoon or tomorrow. I drove by today (5-7-22) and there my vehicle sits... still. Outside. Not being worked on. Costing me money for a rental every day that I do not have my vehicle. Is it that the repairs are 100% covered by the extended warranty and not a priority? I understand that there has been a parts shortage, but I wouldn't think that has anything to do with what I was originally or recently told. New rating earned.
