I wouldn't work for this place even if I really need a job I applied there I'm experience for 10yrsCNA and had interview,drug test passed it , back ground is cleaned,the lady told me she all me the next day so I'm like ok they told me they need help on all shifts cause really short staff if you really short staff than loosing your good workers now you should let someone have a chance..But now I see how the company is that's why you can't keep help

There are people working here that have no business working there. Yes they are fancy and yes they " make things appear better than they actually are.". If people knew what I do they would be checking on their family more often

My mother has been at Vienna Village for over 4 months and they have surpassed every expectation. I looked after my mother for 2 years in my home until she needed 24 hour care then we looked at my places in Winston-Salem. My only regret is that I did not move her to Vienna Village sooner. I sit with my mother often and see the loving caring staff that takes care of her. They have many long time caretakers and it shows that they look at this as their passion not as their job.
