The staff is wonderful. They work hard to make sure that my family member is entertained through this pandemic we are in. They keep me informed on how she is doing and even set up zoom meeting for me to see her.

Not a very clean place and lots of items end up going missing most of the staff just plays on there cell phone and yells at the people they should be caring for it is horrible
It depends on the person and there needs
When you call it goes to their call center who will send the call to the building. If after hours it should go straight through but it depends if someone is near the front to answer.
