I've been treated by Rich Mendes over the past 2 months for a torn rotator cuff to prepare me for upcoming surgery. Rich explains everything thoroughly, answers all of my questions, and is wonderful to work with. He works me hard, but I see the results in my increased strength. Rich also treated me previously for a herniated disc in my back, and I've had no issues since that treatment ended. Rich has a great sense of humor, and the rest of the team in Dartmouth that I've worked with are all wonderful - always on time and accommodating.
