I left this great 5 star review 8 months ago.. I was seeing Trinh frequently. I was dedicated to Pham Nails. Trinh does an amazing job, and the studio is very clean. Unfortunately my last 2 visits have been very unpleasant. It actually makes me a little sad. The conversations and comments that were made were very offensive, rude, and not appropriate for someone who is paying for your service. The first time I just ignored it because in reality we all have bad days but my most recent visit started with “Really that color, that’s ugly” and it just went down hill from there. My nails look great, again Trinh is great at her job but my confidence and self esteem definitely took a hit. REVIEW 8 MONTHS AGO: “I found Pham Nail Studio on google and when I read the reviews I immediately called to see if she had any availability for a no chip. I was lucky to have called at the perfect time because I was able to get a no chip within a half hour after calling. (Thank you again for staying late for me Trinh). I feel like the universe made this happen for me! It was meant for me to meet Trinh. The nail suite is the cutest suite I’ve ever seen. When I walked in Trinh made me feel so comfortable took my coat to hang and offered me a beverage. Everything is very clean! Trinh takes her time and produces quality work. The studio makes you feel VIP. No one else is in the studio besides you and Trinh. It’s quiet and personal with lovely music in the background. I highly recommend Pham Nail Studio. I refuse to go anywhere else. Book your appointment online you won’t regret it! 💗”

Trinh is the best. I won't get manicures anywhere else locally. She is precise but thorough, and has a great studio space. I only get regular manicures, but they easily last me over a week (generally a week and a half) despite me taking zero precautions to preserve my nails.

So happy with Pham Nail Studio service! Trinh is professional and her experience shows when she painting nails. She can do anything she has done French nails, designs, pedicure, and regular nails.
