I went today with my son to get a pedicure and waited for 45 minutes and we left. I think is new owners because this never happen and saw new employees. I do not recommend this place at all.

I have come here two times to have my nails done. Appointments both times. First time they took my appointment on time and I was happy with the pedicure. The second time I made an appointment for a pedi and a full set. The pedicure was good, but they had me sitting in the chair for 40minutes after while I waited to get my hands done. Didn’t remove polish or anything while I was in chair getting toes done, which is really a time saver. After patiently waiting 40 mins I finally got to go to a tech’s chair to which he got up to go on what I assume his break was because I waited an additional 10 minutes got frustrated and asked the front desk if I could pay for my pedicure and go.. No one apologized for the wasted time. There is no reason I should have had an appointment at 2 and been there til 4pm only leaving with a pedicure. I would much rather you tell me you cannot accommodate my appointment than waste my time. Will not be returning.

First time (PINK nails) with Anne was great. But this second time with a different nail technician, I have cuts and glue left on the sides and under the nails. The nails are not even either and I asked for oval shape.
