We are very glad we chose Forsyth Court for our residence. The people and staff are pleasant and helpful. The location could not be better, with quick, easy access to everything we need. The apartments are comfortable and quiet. We love it here!

Is this senior cooperative housing, where the tenant buys a share of the cooperative, and then pays a monthly fee determined by the cooperative's board?

No, not as it was described to me. I toured this facility and was told there is a small Community fee which is due up front, along with monthly rent for the selected apartment. They have a variety of floor plans and varied prices.

My father resides at Forsyth Court. He is extremely upset over present living conditions. He has COPD and the paint fumes from ongoing renovations is making him very sick. he is also upset with food! Sorry to see the decline!

Wow .So sorry to hear that..I worked there for some years.. Needed remodeling then, but always wondered what they would do to accommodate the residents . Also the food was an issue then..Hired a great young man to cook, buy the Intense atmosphere an rude co- workers pushed him out..He had residents looking Forward yo eating...I hate that anout your Dad...It was a great place, an I loved tge Residents ❤️❤️❤️❤️
