Resident’s medication not ordered, and given. Very unprofessional staff. Like the one before me said. If I could give a 0 I would.

If I could give no star I would. This is the most unprofessional place ever. Please do NOT leave your loved ones at this facility. The lady in office never available and does not care about the residence. The place is in need of new management and remodel. Often the residence things are stolen and the staff are uncaring and lack empathy
