Second update: Greg came out and did an organic spray today, took care of an ant problem in one upstairs window, and set some glue traps down for these mammoth Georgia cockroaches. He was very kind, avoided the areas the asked him to, and was efficient. Very pleased. UPDATE: I have been working with the manager, Mr. Doug Kelly (spelling may be off). He has been very kind, addressed all of our concerns, and offered us their organic option. We are considering it at this time. I do appreciate their efforts to maintain us as customers after such a wild first experience. It means a lot to not be tossed aside as a disgruntled customer and ignored, as other businesses may do. I want to begin by saying that the previous owners of our home used this business for roughly 10 years while they rented this home out. Strictly for termite prevention. They highly recommended we continue to use them, so we gave them a shot. We signed up to have their most comprehensive package. I asked tons of questions before hand, of both their office staff and their technician who was sent out to our home. I specifically asked the technician about safety with our pets, our children, and myself - as I am pregnant. I asked him to avoid certain areas of the yard/bushes due to nesting migratory and wild birds (protected under the national Migratory Bird Treaty Act, and also by GA State Wildlife law). The technician intentionally sprayed in my direction as I was outside my home and disingenuously apologized as I began choking and coughing on the pesticides. He sprayed the baby birds, which killed them all within 24 hours and caused some nests to be completely abandoned. He sprayed the interior of our downstairs, not the upstairs or the garage (which he was not asked to avoid, he just didn’t do it). Within 24 hours one of our dogs began having odd convulsions, licking obsessively, puking, violently shaking, etc. We discovered that he was licking the pesticide sprayed inside our home off of the baseboards. We have had pest control in our other homes with similar preventative techniques and NEVER has he done this. I called the office and ended up texting with the *super helpful* receptionist, Stephanie, to figure out why this could be happening. I was assured he would be fine, but upon more research into the pesticide, it acts as a neurotoxin when ingested by animals. Or sprayed directly on them. After everything we’ve been through, coupled with the fact that there are still ALL of the bugs we payed to prevent present here, I asked to be let out of our contract. I was told the manager was in a meeting but would call me back shortly. THAT WAS FIVE DAYS AGO NOW. They have since billed us for ANOTHER service which has not been done. We are feeling uncomfortable.

Price was reasonable $105 but the reason why I gave three star is because they don't do outside your home. Receptionist was not knowable at all about insects and was a little rude. So I didnt take the service. I ended up going with another company.
