I have never spoken to a more immature and rude customer service rep than I did today. Seriously do better in your screening and hire process because getting an attitude with someone for a simple question is embarrassing. I am appalled by the way this nameless woman (she did not give a name on the phone just stated “Richmond county tax commissioner office” in an obviously perturbed tone) spoke to me OVER A QUESTION. I can understand having a bad day but being nasty on the job where you’re expected to maintain professionalism is not acceptable.

They are very rude when you call on the phone to get information. Last lady I spoke to would not let me get a word in. Very sad.

Lovely building with many City Departments: Tax Commissioner, Risk Management, Tax Assessor's, Planning & Deveopment, just to name a few. Early Voting currently in progress on First Floor (10/29/18).

Free parking, newly refurbished office spaces are modern and reflect well on Richmond County.
