Jill is a horrible store manager. Her employee made a mistake and she called me a liar. She had no cares or concerns, and her team is trash. Jill is awful as a manager and could care less to look into info. She talks over you when you have a concern and gives you a reason to get loud and then she hangs up. If she listened and closed her mouth instead of waiting for the sound of someone having a concern maybe they wouldn’t be upset. Pretty sad a company has someone like her in charge. She’s the liar.. she doesn’t care about customers. No one has to shop at your store. And no one would lie about what they were told when they asked for their items . She said “everyone here is a minimum wage employee, so why would they keep your stuff?” What a rude and nasty thing to say.. no one accused them of personally stealing. It was the fact that the items were asked for.. they said it was process already and it was store credit or cash…. SSRIOUSLY?! We were told they were so swamped and overwhelmed. Reject accepting stuff them. However, no wonder because they work under a horrible manager like Jill.

I will have to say I really like an organized 2nd Hand Book store. I managed to pick up 3 books for the price of a new book. Has a new book store feel with a 2nd chance inventory. Still has new releases. Comics gifts and books. Free bin is fun to sort thru. I recommend spending some time. Books are sorted by types and by author... Not title. I feel comfortable . This store. Does not have the used book nook store feel bit more of a BAM feel, recommend for book lovers who don't have time to sort. More of a 4 star for those who like the old store sort and smells.

So much to see. They've truly got a little of everything. It's so nostalgic finding 80's records and toys. So many books and other things to see. I could spend an entire day there (my husband wouldn't be so happy lol). I always end up buying more than I came for because of the cool things they have.

Amazing selection of books, movies, gag gifts, etc. There is something for everyone there.. I was impressed with the cleanliness, and the staff.. also a fidget wonderland for kids any fidget you want they have.. been 100 times and always a great experience
