i used to go this dunkin' at least once a week, but they've really gone downhill in the past year or so; my drinks are never made right, food is never cooked correctly, and on the rare occasion that i've tried to ask for things to be redone, i'm always treated poorly - as if i was the one who didn't know how coffee or a breakfast sandwich was supposed to be made. giving two stars because the donuts are alright, but they're not so good that they're worth the hassle. now i spend all my money at starbucks instead lol.

I ordered donuts ahead of time through the app. I am not sure if it waits to put in the order until closer to pick-up time but it didn't show processed until 20 minutes later and then I was told some of the donuts were gone when I got there. The donuts were just OK. I liked the Bagel and Cream Cheese Bites. The Breakfast Wrap was also just OK. The hash browns had a good flavor, but was cold. Everything was cold. The coffee was not bad.

Pulled up there wasn't a customer in site. Two employees were sitting in the dining area. One came from around the building. Go inside its awkward and there aren't but maybe one kind of donut available. Was forced to give a 1 star! So, I'll drive 20 mins in the other direction for #1 employees that look like they want to work. #2 some actual donuts!

Came through for a breakfast order and they messed it up slightly and I forgot to check for my donuts.. The manager quickly fixed the problem with the order and got my my donuts and made no fuss about it at all. Outstanding customer service.
