**update: it’s a month later and still can’t cancel the service even though I’ve tried numerous times. They also claim to have been picking up the trash while I have a different service and cameras. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY” They have been bought out and immediately stopped picking up. They will lie just to get you off the phone if you are lucky enough to actually get them on the phone. I’m not just trying to cancel and conveniently they don’t answer the phone so you resort to sending messages that are also not answered. DO NOT use this company. Past experiences are no indication of what they have become.

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible customer service wait times. Multiple weeks no one came to pick up trash yes I had the cans out the night before on correct dates. Cancelled my service it has taken two months to pick up the trash can. Horrible all around if In Richmond area save your time and go with another company

Just stay away. They have increased their prices by over 50% in the past 6 months, and have double billed us this month. We had a contract that expires in November this year. They asked us to update our contact information, and when we did, they said that extended the contract for 5 more years, and that the contract allows them to increase prices whenever they want. Ridiculous.

I had to go to the office in Midlothian. Apparently, that is the only office open and taking calls for their entire territory (Pennsylvania included). I was on hold for an hr and a half and had made it uo to caller #44 when I got inside. There's probably 20-30 customer svc agent cubicles. I saw maybe 4 or 5 people working. If you're in the area, that's gonna be your best bet.
Unfortunately we can not take any waste at our facility. Chesterfield county has a convenience center located at 3200 Warboro Rd, Midlothian 23112 that you can use. We aren't affiliated so you would need to check but I believe its only $7.

several neighbors and our family cancelled services and have left our empty bins on the street since Monday evening. There are 4 bins on the street waiting to be picked up. Do you know when this will happen? We live on the corner of Lunswood and Hanbury Ct. in Chester, 23831.

If you are asking about Chesterfield county drop off location, I think they are. You can call for hours.
No we were on schedule..however with the snow we are now a day delayed.
They won't take it take it to the dump
Yes, they will even take bagged yard clippings that are placed next to your trash bins. I think there's a limit to how many loose bags they'll take but we've put like 8 bags out there before and they took them all...so the limit must be high or they're just flexible with the rules.
