They were recently purchased by the same company that owns a.j perri.they are trained to tell anyone with a system older than 7 years to replace it and get whatever they can get from customers that don't know better. They'll have u rush and sign so they can Starr before u realize there robbing u.stay away!! There are reliable honest companies that don't hire inexperienced people to take over and salesman that will say anything to benefit there pocket as u cod see in there other recent reviews..stay away!!

They replaced my 2 1/2 ton air conditioner in four hours. They replaced everything from the circuit breaker to the condensate drain pipe. They did a great job and I would recommend them to anybody. The price was very reasonable.

My home needs new AC, we were recommended Air Experts and scheduled a sales appointment. The salesman showed up 2 hours after our scheduled appointment, after a quick walk through of the home I was told the system that was needed would be roughly 8k for install, I signed a contract, put a 4K down payment, and scheduled the install for 2 days later. When the tech arrived he told my wife that the system we were sold would not work to properly cool the house, I called the office and scheduled another sales meeting with another sales rep. Later that day the new rep and I walked the house again and was told the cheapest option would now cost roughly 27k. Over 3 times the original price, I was told sorry. It’s insane that a “professional” and “trained” company has salesman that are that far apart. Either they are sending out untrained people to sell thousands of dollars worth of equipment, or ripping people off with things they don’t need. Either way I wouldn’t trust them for a new install.

We are in the middle of a heatwave, and my 7 year old air conditioner dies. A friend referred me to "AIR EXPERTS" from Lake Como, a company she recently used. I called, and was received well over the phone, they had a tech out within 90 min. Upon arrival, the tech approached my "dead" air compressor and within minutes determined that there was not a trace of freon, and the internal components of my system were fried. He told me that it would be over 2 thousand dollars to fix, and I would probably be better off buying a new system. I was stunned, because this unit is only 7 years old. He insisted there was nothing he could do, but refer me to thier sales department. He took the $135 check from me, which he kindly said it would be applied to the price of the new system, and conveniently set up a sales appointment for later on in the day. Still stunned, because now I'm stuck in 100 degree heat for another week without air, and the thought of my 7 year old unit couldn't be shot, I had my doubts. My wife's boss was in a similar situation and recommended I call the company he uses. Within 2 hours, a rep from his company arrived, and I explained the situation. I told him what "AIR EXPERTS" said, and he rolled his eyes.....within 5 minutes, he had my unit up and running. He ran a diagnostic check and determined freon was full to capacity and that a high pressure sensor was tripped. He hung around for about an hour as he insured the system was fine and we spent the time bragging about our kids. Evidently, "AIR EXPERTS" is known to pull scams like this. Not only did they fabricate a lie, and attempt to extort thousands of dollars from us, their actions by subjecting people to endure deadly heat when not necessary, could have seriously hurt or killed someone. I wouldn't believe it if i didn't have it in writing. Their actions are not going unnoticed......to start, we canceled their check......shameful.
