Love playa and the bowls but we ordered two bowls and waited almost an hour for both. There was barley anyone in the store when we came in and then it was as if they stopped making orders. Eventually there must’ve been 30 people waiting for their bowls and every time we asked multiple times if our order was coming up there was no urgency to find out- everyone behind the counter looked very confused. Nothing was communicated and eventually I went to the register to get a refund. It was then they agreed to immediately make our bowls and print a new order as it had been almost an hour. But with the number of people waiting and the complete lack of management it was one of the most unpleasant experiences I’ve ever had at a food establishment. Really disappointing as we love playa bowls but management needs to do better.

The place is Disgusting. The employees doesn’t clean it. There is no room to sit. Every where you go is dirty
