I found working with Keith to be a good experience. He provided good information, honest answers and a great product. I didn't feel pressured in any way and was given time and freedom to try the hearing aids out in my environment-risk free. I appreciate Keith taking the time to make sure all adjustments were satisfactory and was I happy with the new hearing.aids.

Keith is an amazing guy, I come all the from Vancouver just to go and adjust my fathers hearing aids and I do it gladly, his treatment is unique and highly recommended. Even at our darkest financial moments he still was and is a very good and professional man. Seriously worth the trip.

I have been with Hears the Answer for 8 years. What I like, Keith is calm, pleasant and provides a peaceful environment. He has been great with answering questions, solving problems that occur and helping me select the right product. He also recommends batteries he sells at office. He is correct, these are better quality than other batteries that I buy, those are now in case of emergency when I am out of the good ones. Today we started program for me to buy batteries and in the long run will be great for my pocket book. His store assistant is friendly, pretty cool and willing to help as needed. She also has knowledge that helps solves problems with my hearing aid when Keith is with other customers. I like small shops like this due to the personalized services, quality of products and great location in The Dalles.

Questions & Answers

How often should I get a hearing test?

Just like an annual physical, you should get regular hearing tests every 1 to 3 years. If you are exposed to loud noise frequently or work in a field where noise is common, you should err on the side of getting tested more frequently. If you notice any hearing loss, schedule a test immediately. Untreated hearing loss can lead to other health problems. It's simple and painless and there's really no reason not to do it.
