It was the worst trip I have ever had it was over booked and had a lack of drivers they kept about 70 of us locked in the Sacramento bus terminal for 14 hours with woman with small children and had t sleep on the concrete floor

Thanks Greyhound. I get to miss my father's funeral. The bus was supposed to leave at 10:15 pm. We finally left at 3:00 am. Tried to use the website to track the bus and it never updated! Tried to call the 800 number and the call center wasn't even in AMERICA! I had a round trip ticket but couldn't trust that Greyhound wouldn't leave me stranded where I couldn't get back home. I demand a full refund!

Greyhound was absolutely horrible I will never ride Greyhound again drivers don't communicate bus broke down left us waiting for over five hours with no communication you should be shut down 👎👇👇👇👇👎

The Greyhound Bus Station is located inside the Chevron gas station. There is not an identifying sign at all for the bus. They only take cash which is difficult for travelers and there is only two benches on the side of the gas station to wait for the bus. It would be better if the benches were covered from the wet times like today. Disappointed.
