Trying to make a dermatology appointment. Took advantage of the call back service. They called back in 25 minutes and said I was number one in the que. I waited over 30 minutes for someone to come on the phone. I hung up and am seeking care somewhere else.

My doctor, Dr Nguyen is fantastic she listens and really cares about your health. Dr quintal is the best pediatrician I have ever met. He is precise and cares about his patients. My kids trust him. He is honest and explains things in a way you understand. He is never in a rush if you have questions he will take the time to answer each one.

I’m a new patient I called to schedule a appointment with Dr. Volquartsen that my medical provider assigned me. I just called to set up an appointment so I can start my medical here. I found out that the doctor I was assigned is no longer available so they set me up with a new doctor and the soonest they can see me is 7-8 months out. It’s a good thing I’m not seriously ill. I guess my next call is going to be to Anthem

I can’t even believe how horrible our experience was here with our 2 week old newborn. Pediatrician always in a hurry, acts frustrated when baby cries, doesn’t answer any questions throughly, pushing to put him on formula when mothers milk supply is perfectly fine & is gaining weight appropriately, acted irritated when something wasn’t understood clearly. Won’t ever bring my child back.

Acute Care takes walk ins via same-day scheduling. When you present they will give you an appointment time to come back.
