Place is understaffed. Staff has little to know training. Supervisors are inept and don't care about pTients or staff. Patients left overnight in their own feces. Could go on and on.

I'm going into my sophomore year of high school in about 2 weeks and I wanted to end my summer volunteering here to see what it's like before I decide to do courses to work in this profession. Is it available to volunteer at this facility??

I have worked inside the facility but not for the facility. I work for a private company and I take care of a resident there. But the facility is nice the workers are nice I enjoy going there.

What is the living situation Here? Do you have both private rooms and shared rooms? Or just either or?
