Gorgeous little setup of what life in America was like a very long time ago. Everything is well-preserved, but because of Covid-19, the buildings are closed. Clean & well-manicured.

No it has been refurbished by fixing or replacing boards if possible
There isn't a playground for kids. Lots of shade and picnic tables though.
There is a day use fee, but if you only want to take 15 minutes to scope the place out, they aren't too strict.
