Welcoming, clean, good food, comfortable. This hotel and its staff has it right. You genuinely feel welcomed by very nice people. Additionally this hotel has a beautiful theme along with extra amenities like a sauna, spa and outdoor pool. The restaurant serves good food and is very spacious. I’m very thankful for this stay and wanted to take the extra time to highlight this excellent abode and the people that run it. Ben, KiKi, and the restaurant staff (sorry I didn’t get all your names). Thank you.

Beds are awful. Neither I nor my son who can usually sleep anywhere slept. I do not like the location and staying in a building separate from the actual hotel wasn’t pleasant. Bathroom door creaked. Window screen was bent as though it had been broken into. Carpet was damp. Hallways were dark. Just not some place I would ever stay again.

I stayed here for a night while on a long road trip along I-40. The hotel was decent, and in a very quiet area of Flagstaff. My room was in the rear building and was pretty standard with 2 comfortable queen sized beds, TV, safe large enough to hold a laptop, and coffee maker. Enjoyed a fed drinks at the lobby bar - the bartender was friendly and attentive. The hotel restaurant had a fairly limited mena but was a bit expensive for the quality of food

See photos of blood on ceiling and wall, bed condition, found makeup compact under end table. Hilton Honor credit had not been applied to our account,we had to request to see the receipt for our dinner. The bill that was printed out did not show our 30.00 credit. When the receipt was found it was acknowledged that our credit had not been applied. We were told that a manager would contact us, still no call from a manager. Hilton hotels will send out a survey about your stay after you checkout, not this Double Tree . Will never stay at this one again . Blood snot on the ceiling!!!
