Days Inn by Wyndham Flagstaff Near Downtown/NAU on Route 66

Crossing town when a snow storm hit and had to pull over and stay in. The front desk was awesome with accommodating my needs with early check in. personality is everything at a time like this and I was real happy that the young lady was nice and friendly.. Rooms are a little older with harder old school beds and our room had a strange smell couldn’t tell from what. Maybe what they wash with. Over good

The night receptionist Jeannie was very friendly and accommodating. She was helpful and the common areas were very clean. We had some minor things needed and she was able to bring them to our room each time with a smile. Thank you Jeannie! Overall the staff is very friendly and welcoming from the moment tou check in. Definitely one of the better hotels in the area.

I checked reviews and the motel sounded good. Also the staff seamed friendly. When I checked in I asked for a quiet room. When I got in my room 5 people with kids were next to my room. Walls are thin. When I asked for a new quiet room they put me in the back again knowing there is train tracks behind hotel. Stains on chairs and ripped, carpet ripped. Door that covers refrigerator broken. Poor lighting, dirt on door frame, nasy grout around toilet. Stains in tub. Clock by bed has to be plugged in and not set. I don't know if the people reviewing this motel have traveled much but I am a level 5 Google guide and recommend NOT to stay at this hotel.

Comfortable, clean,and a great staff! Their breakfast is good considering covid. Nice big lobby with lots of really cool art, couple of pool tables at $1.00 a game. There was a TV in the lobby too. Their pool looked very nice, water was a little chilly for me. The area was nice, table and chairs and a gas bbq for your use if you wanted. Microwave and small fridge in our room was good.
