Literally the WORST apartment complex ever. I didnβt have AC for three months and they refused to fix it until I had put in enough complaints. Not to mention the βrenovationsβ they took out the washer and dryer and left us with absolutely nothing. The management is absolutely horrible and I donβt recommend them at all. The pearl? Nah more like the Peril. Iβm so glad I moved out when I did.

Iβve been here 2 years and they changed office management twice or three times. Also when I call about my air not working and for them to change the air filters they never came just offered me a fan and told me thatβs all they could do (mind you I had to run my air and fans which caused my light bill to be over $300) but again they didnβt care. They recently took up my welcome mat up from outside of my apartment saying it was a tripping hazard when nobody has any business being all on my door unless invited!!! Also since Iβve been here the pool hasnβt been open and weβre paying for it. Most definitely would not recommend these apartments! And yes they are very rude in the office. The rent is way to expensive for us not to have a real balcony just a balcony door and the walls are very thin and when they paint new apartments they donβt tell you about it so youβre inhaling chemicals. Also they turned my water off and it was off for 5 days and they claim it was a busted pipe and told me to go to the store to get my water bottles. Rent is high enough and they want me to pay for extra things! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

No they are rate based off of type, size, and floor location. Specials also come and go and they have a resident referral program. My advice, do a detailed pre-inspection before sitting down to sign your lease and don't rush into signing one to move here. Shop around because there are income base apartments in the area.
