When I first moved here almost 3 years ago . It was well taken care of. Neighbors took care of the property. Now people uses the recycle bin as a trash bin. Shopping cart left in the parking lot. Trash thrown in parking lot, garbage left at dumpster on ground. I come in from work hardly any parking spots close to building because of guests. We had 2 spots that was marked for handicap. When they repaved the lot they took both spots. I have a disability that keeps me from walking to far. Somebody threw up from upstairs downstairs. It was reported and it was 3 days later when it was clean up. The persons who did it didn’t have the decency to clean up after themselves and flies were everywhere.

I have lived at Chatham Woods 15 months. So far my experience here has been positive. The area is basically quiet. I have good neighbors. Any maintenance issues have been cared for quickly and efficiently. The only negative is that it is two pools in the complex and only one pool was opened last summer. Also the cost of rent and the lease renewal fee for 2022 was very expensive. I'm not sure if I can afford if the cost and fee goes up next year since I am on a fixed income. I would recommend to someone else but I would definitely let them know about cost.

This place has been the best so far. I love the privacy here. The scenery is beautiful. Great amenities such as the outdoor fireplace and large grills. Maintenance has been tip top on anything that may go wrong. Friendly staff. Definitely a great place to live, in apartment homes. By far the best of any I've lived in. I would recommend to anyone, especially to people that have had bad apartment experiences. Chatham Wood would change your opinion. You just have to find the right place and for me Chatham Wood has been excellent. I've lived here over a year and I am very happy here.

The New office manager Shannon is Very difficult to deal with. She makes it where you can only talk to her on appointment. It's COVID out here people are still dying and everyone should be aware. The other yong woman in the office is very pleasant and helpful i miss our previous manager. You don't have to be nasty just because you are in a position of authority. Other than that things get fixed on time and its a beautiful complex. However if you don't want to have some one play mind games with you and your money this might not be the place for you. My final score is corporate office i was told corporate has new rules and the office must follow them as of the 14th Read your paperwork people Thanks to All office staff Shannon included
