whoever answers calls for your hardeeville branch needs to be fired. I called to inquire questions about switching my lights over and all I got was: talked over, an attitude, and headache from how loud she was. The most poor customer service I have ever received. I wish y’all were not the only source for electricity in this area,frankly because I do not want anything to do with this service anymore.

Unfortunately, Shell Hall is not in Palmetto Electric"s assigned territory. Utility territory maps were assigned by SC State law many years ago.
