I recently moved in and I am very satisfied with the service. The office personal I worked with was Pam, very nice, kept me informed about the process and got me in my apartment as scheduled. The maintenance guy went above and beyond what I needed. His name is Everett, and for me it's great to know that I can be comfortable calling him when issues arise and his attitude will be the same, warm and welcoming.

We have really enjoyed our time living at Palisades at New River. There's a lot to like here: good floorplans, screened-in porches, great pool, nice outdoor lounging area with new furniture and gas grills, and indoor exercise equipment. The maintenance staff is outstanding and very responsive! The property manager, Pam, is great and really strives to make this a great place to live. We're moving out of town, but we will remember our time here fondly.

Ever since the property management was changed some months ago, Palisades at New River just keeps getting better and better. The property is kept clean and in order, the pool is super sweet, the laundry facility provided is great and the few maintenance issues I have had since I moved in has been taken care of the same day I put in a service request or the very next day. It is a quiet, clean place to live and I am so glad that I found it as my new home after moving from Ohio. The door is always open to the office management for any issue or to just stop by and say hi. They make a point to learn tenants names and all of the amenities they provide make it worth the rent I pay. Me and my cat Scooter are never leaving here!

My niece was just put through hell by this place. She had planned to move in this past week in preparation for her final year of school. The appropriate deposit had been made. They somehow suggested issue with my brother-in-law’s credit was preventing them from consummating the lease, inexplicably rerunning a $65 credit check six times! This guy is a millionaire. He then offered to pay for the entire lease up front, which they inexplicably refused to accept!! I say “inexplicable” because the entire purpose of running a credit check is to assess the risk of extending credit against payment of the full value of the lease, helping to ensure that the lease value is liquidated in its entirety. That is completely unnecessary if the lease is paid in full up front!! I intend to pursue punitive action against these people with vigor and recommend that all steer clear of this place.
