I worked with Paul recently- he helped me find a solution to a problem I had and followed through on communication and resolved the problem. I appreciate him taking the time to help me and prevent me from going in circles. Kudos to Paul!I’m glad to hear your experience at this banking branch has been positive, Marianne. We appreciate your feedback. -AJ, Wells Fargo HL Social

Every single member of their branch is awesome. Specifically, David Martin is extremely helpful and thoughtful about their customers.I truly appreciate you taking the time to share these kind words with us, Behrad. It’s wonderful to see that you’ve had such a positive experience with David and the other team members at this location. Thank you for choosing Wells Fargo. -AJ, Wells Fargo HL Social

I just needed a signature from a banker. Waited for 40 min. Granted I didn’t have an appointment. I asked if I could schedule a time, no one was able to do so. Poor customer service.

This is the second time I’ve dealt with a certain banker. He is completely rude and uncomfortable to work with. I couldn’t believe how standoffish and inconsiderate he was. He spoke down to me both times I’ve been around him. I seriously think he needs lessons on customer service and kindness. I won’t ever be coming back to this Wells Fargo. I made the mistake twice now.

Questions & Answers

Do you have a notary in the office? If "yes", do I need an appointment to sign a legal document in front of them?

You would have to call and make sure but often times they do have one and you don't need an appointment but might have to wait for them to free up.
