They don’t even deserve 1 star. They never pick up the phone. Husband has been a customer of BOA for many years. He came to this bank to Wire funds. They refused and denied assisting him without hesitation. They said that his “electronic signature “ didn’t match his “ original signature” . My husband showed all proof of ID and his BOA card and they still denied assisting him. Horrible service, wouldn’t recommend coming here.

I am super happy to see Bank of America branches over in Utah. The ambience is very pleasant and employees are friendly & welcoming at this branch. There is always someone to greet you in the lobby and direct you to the right representative.

Such amazing staff! Everyone is super friendly and make banking easy! Best part of it is, mostly everyone speaks Spanish with helps with the Hispanic community. I love coming to this center, definitely my bank of choice! 😊
