IN JAN.2018 MY BANK UTAH COMMUNITY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION BEGAN HOLDING ALL MY MONEY FROM MY CHECKING. MONEY FROM S.S, IRS,401K AND RETIREMENT. I WAS TOLD THE FEDERAL RESERVE HELD MY MONEY IN A: "PENDING STATUS" FOR 3-5 DAYS. PLEASE TELL ME WHY?

The Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco does NOT have personal accounts. The Federal Reserve Banks service only member banks in their region. NO PERSONAL ACCOUNTS.

Can I buy new $2 bills at the Utah Federal Reserve Bank?

The Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, Salt Lake Branch is not open to the public. You may check with your local banking institution for two dollar bills.
