Handicap parking are blocked by the valet parking cars that don't belong there. They also block the elevators for wheelchair accessibility. The valet people act dumb when you ask questions about where to park.

If i recall, you pay online and you pay for a block of time, you should be able to pay for a 24 or 48 hour period.
Upon exiting the garage, the Roosevelt Orleans is across the street; a short distance to walk to the hotel's entrance.
