Excellent service. The two course luncheon was a wonderful experience of tastes and sensations. The atmosphere was friendly, elegant, and relaxed. The clientele as well were friendly and engaging. Excellent spot to experience Nola hospitality.

Our daughter and son in law made reservations for us because they had been several times. Staff were very welcoming and our server was precisely attentive enough without intruding. The ribeye was among the best we have had, and I make a good one at home. They were out of the swordfish on the menu, but the amberjack they substituted was excellent. We finished this festival of gluttony sharing the 9 layer Doberge cake. I recommend everything we tried.

The food was fine. Nothing innovative, sauces were executed properly and meats were grilled or sautéed as they should be - not exceptional in any way but I’m sure would be up to the standards for most Brennan restaurants. However. We come to Brennan restaurants for service and we had a SERIOUS lack of service here. Our reservation was made about a month in advance for a party of 9 on a Saturday night. We were seated right by the front door (NOT GOOD) and I would love to assume that our table was the only one missing a tablecloth for a very good reason, but I can’t say I can come up with one. Our server - Emily - was very curt all night and THREW butter dishes on the table as well as made a show of waving away smoke when the guest of honor went out for a cigarette as entrees were being served and she came to hurry her back in (after we had let her know ourselves the food was out). As far as I could tell, dessert was not even offered. Despite Ralph’s being informed that this was a special occasion we did not receive a single gesture of hospitality or lagniappe of any kind - again, something I’ve never encountered at a Brennan-owned restaurant. We also had to wait 30 minutes for prior guests to leave the table but I know that’s not something that can be controlled by the restaurant- but it was an opportunity to offer us a little extra hospitality that they did not take. As a side note, the “Avenue Sangria” with “fresh fruit” was nothing more than pre-batched white wine, cheap brandy and some miscellaneous fruit juice garnished with a Pat O’Brians style garnish of red dye no. 40 maraschino cherry and sad little orange wedge. Do better with your cocktail program and service, Ralph’s! You soured a lovely evening with old friends.

I had the Mississippi blackened redfish, and it was delicious. My wife had a burger that lacked flavor. .The service was good, but the atmosphere was too loud for my taste.

I went around 3 p.m. and they checked our temperature and made sure masks were worn upon leaving the table. We had the entire upstairs indoor area to ourselves. It was great. Food was amazing and staff took real good care of us!
I'm not best to recommend local hotels, BUT... Know that the trolley car will get you within a very easy stroll (I'm thinking maybe a couple blocks at most, though hopefully a local will verify that). If you haven't ridden yet it's the greatest way to get around. You can get a day pass with unlimited rides for the day for $6 (less for seniors) and the ride itself is worth that. So, look for access to the trolley system and you can pretty much pick any hotel you want in the city. This assumes you are on vacation and have the time to enjoy the trip - if you need to be right at Ralph's hopefully someone else can help. Edit: forgot to say that tickets are sold right on board, so it's really simple to ride... Climb on with some dollar bills and the driver will set you up.
I won't be serving dinner or brunch on Christmas day. If you mean the restaurant, you can give them a call.
Window or upstairs
There is a ramp. Can't say if you'll find parking.
No
Probably should call to verify as they were open for Thanksgiving.
You may have to do a single ticket but talk to the staff they are very accommodating
