I'm a new customer with tri county and after closely monitoring my electric usage for the first month which was very little at times not using any do to being away from home work related and I received a bill for 316. 00 which is absurd then after talking to a Mr Wilford who gave me a pre rehearsed speech about it's my heating and air which I burn wood really proves to me that they are lying to and upcharging they're customer for service or should I say non services provided....

Trying to get new service and the hours post on website is not what local location is open even with the holidays please update hours of service on website so we know when we can call to get someone locally to talk to. Power is the only thing keeping us from getting into our new house, but we can't get anyone to talk to on the phone who knows anything.

Tri County is not bad but the people you hire has a nasty attitude. Every time I speak with the lady name Desiree she has a nasty attitude. This is very bad customer service.
