I called the phone number listed on google for information on this service and the teacher that was supposed to be teaching these self-improvement classes for anger management has since retired. He mentioned he was still teaching a few people but is working as a part time instructor. He didn’t offer to recommend other services in Sacramento, CA which was kind of bogus to hear. I’m just writing this review to inform others who are volunteering seeking help
