We reserved a tasting online here. After reservations we attempted to call and email to confirm. We did not receive a response from any channel. When we showed up were told by the manager they were not able to accommodate our reservation. He was not apologetic or professional in telling us this and made zero effort to let us know our online reservation could not be honored. Edit to reply: the issue was your "attempt" to contact us was just a call with no voicemail or email. When we tried to call back and email there was no response or answer. When we finally talked to you you were incredibly rude to my friend and not apologetic the first time you finally connected with her. It wasn't until after I posted my review of the experience you called back with a different tone and by then the impression had been made.

What an incredible way to end a day touring Napa wine country. One of the best wine tasting experiences Joni and I have ever had, and not just because of the extraordinary wines made here. Our host knew the wines, described and presented them in such a way as to make her commitment the final ingredient that took the taste to a lingering fine memory.

This is definitely a hidden gem in Napa. If you are up to great, intimate and exclusive tour this is your place to be. You will need a reservation due the privacy of the place but you won't regret to take the extra time doing it. Avoid the crows and enjoy the amazing teasting looking down the hill.
