If you need your bike repaired, look no where else. At first glance, you may be reluctant to try this location due to it being appointment only, however the owner is extremely communicative. Then you get the service, not only was he able to tune up and repair my bike to like-new levels, he was able to provide crazy fast turnover. Seriously, if you are close enough to this location, do not hesitate!

Keep in mind this is a business within another business and by appointment only. Being able to get an appointment is a whole other beast. Plenty of other bike repair shops in the city that don't require hoop after hoop to jump through

Bart took my bike in on short notice and fixed it up in time for me to participate in #BiketoberfestCLT (which was a blast!). He charged a fair price and did an excellent job. I definitely recommend seeing him at QueenCity Bicycles if you ever need yours fixed!
